Every quarter we visit various middle and high schools in the greater Los Angeles area.

We provide sports science education for schools that are interested. Topics include concussion, nutrition, sudden cardiac death, tendinitis, and much more.

Our goal is to raise awareness of sports injuries and biological mechanisms underlying them, and to suggest prevention methods based on current research in science.

We hope to spark interest in sports science and promote safe practice of sports.

CONCUSSION

Concussion is one of the most common injuries in any sports. Repeated concussion can lead to more serious conditions like chronic traumatic encephalopathy.

NUTRITION

Regular exercise via sports is crucial for physical health, but it's best when accompanied by replenishing your body with the right nutrients.

INJURIES IN RUNNING

Almost all runners live with one or more running injuries, such as tendinitis, shin splints, runner's knee, and much more.
